CARLISLE TRI 10K – 9th June 2024

The 10k route uses mainly quiet country roads. The run will finish directly in front of the racecourse grandstand. This is an officially measure and certified accurate course by the Association of UK Course Measurers. There will be a water station just past the halfway point. There will be a water station at the finish for you to collect a bottle of water from. Entries are open now!

  • Date: Sunday 9th June 2024

  • Location: Carlisle Racecourse, Durdar Road, Carlisle, CA2 4TS.

  • Entry Prices: Non CTC member without UKA: £20, Non CTC member with UKA: £18, CTC member without UKA: £18, CTC member with UKA: £16 (Additional ticket fee may apply).

  • Registration: 9am -10am at the registration desk in the main racecourse building.

  • Race safety briefing: Final race briefing notes will be sent to you a couple of days before the race. There will be a short race briefing at 10.15am in the Bell Hall before the race starts at 10.30am.

  • Race start: This will be a mass start at 10.30am on Durdar Road.

  • Parking: Parking will be at the racecourse carpark. Please take care crossing the road to the main racecourse building.

  • Facilities: Toilets are available for use in the main racecourse building. Bags may be left in the Bell Hall for the duration of the race at your own risk.

  • Risk assessment: A full course risk assessment will be on display at the event HQ on race day together with details of the liability insurance and RunBritain registration & Course Measurement Permit.

  • Prizes: Results will be available on line and will be updated as the event progresses. The prize ceremony will take place as soon as possible after the event. Prizes will be awarded for the following (subject to entries):

    1st 2nd 3rd Male/Female Open.
    1st Male / Female 40 – 49.
    1st Male / Female 50 – 59.
    1st Male / Female 60 – 69.
    1st Male / Female 70 – 79.
