CARLISLE TRI 5k &10k – 6th June 2026

The annual Carlisle Tri Club 10K route uses mainly quiet country roads and finishes directly in front of the racecourse grandstand. This year we will have a 5K which will include a 2 laps that will be totally free from traffic. This will take place on the tarmac track that goes round the racecourse.

  • These are officially measured and certified accurate courses by the Association of UK Course measurers
  • Both races will be chip timed with the 10K having a water station at the half way point
  • There is a bespoke medal for all finishers
  • This race is suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
