Tuesday Tri Track

Improve your speed and endurance with a structured track session delivered by one of our BTF coaches.
Track Fee £4.75 (Free with track membership)

Thursday Tri Run
Uncoached / social session
Thursdays, 19:00 – 20:00
Start at Trinity Leisure Centre
This is an endurance run to take your own speed over a 10k or 5k distance. You will join our friendly and experienced run leads over the many courses troughout the city of Carlisle
High-viz clothing must be worn for our runs throughout the winter months .
New Members always welcome!

Please note that all training session will be bookable via Coacha and you will be unable to attend a session if you have not pre-booked.
